The Gospel of Grace, by Apostle Paul – (made an Apostle unto the Gentiles; aka. all uncircumcised: Acts 22:21)
To be truly saved:
1st, you must Believe: ‘Jesus died and shed his blood on the cross for our sins, was buried, then rose again on the 3rd day’. Then 2nd, simply put your Faith in this belief and you ‘are saved’.

Note: To Believe means this is something you must connect with this in your heart, at the deepest of sincerities.
In contrast, simply holding this though as general = ‘knowledge‘, alone, does nothing for you.
The real problem with all salvation teachings on ‘being saved’ or ‘getting saved’, is the message or instructions given are someplace of slightly to vastly different. This confusion is then amplified by nearly the number of church denominations, number of self-identifying Christians, and the number of interpretations we hear over the years (this does not even include other religions, entirely). Are you confused? We sure have been! It took time to not only start learning scripture in our own home, but having learned we are not simply to only read, but to STUDY and RIGHTLY DIVIDE the WORD of TRUTH! See ‘2 Timothy 2:15‘. Once we truly understand this critical verse, we can then just begin to see our the Salvation Message really is not what we commonly hear from the masses.
Study and Rightly Divide? What is the meaning?
- Study:
- Don’t just read! There is so much more to learn; sometimes in a single verse (most of the time a verse should not be isolated as ‘context’ is probably missing). You can find 3 or 4 messages in a verse! Revelation is often progressive and/or targeted. Our wonderful God of Love obviously is perfect.
- Who is being addressed? (a person, a group, distinct groups?) — We had better pay attention to this one! Were your parents not sometimes speaking only to you and sometimes to all the children ( use your imaginations as I know not all families even have children, etc. this is OK ) ?
- Thee? Thou? Ye? — You guessed it! Of utmost importance! (read more on bottom of page, here “Confusions from past Indoctrinations“
- Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth:
- If you don’t rightly divide, you will find a false conflict and/or confusion!
- Apostle Peter and Apostle Paul did NOT preach the same Gospel — these are very different!
- Book of James: James was not speaking to the Gentiles, at all!!
- Jas 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
- See, James is writing ONLY is the Nationalists of the 12 Tribes of Israel, in which most were no longer even in Israel!
- Scattered: 1Were scatted in AD 70 after Jerusalem was seized and the 2nd temple was destroyed (stated by Jesus in the NT Gospel of the Jews).
- Regrouped: 2U.S. President Harry Truman was the first world leader to officially recognize Israel as a legitimate Jewish state on May 14, 1948, only eleven minutes after its creation.
- Gentiles/Uncircumcions are not Israel/Circumcsion
- Fun fact: Abraham was not an Israelite! Israel had not yet been named, which happened in Genesis, after Jacob has wrestled with an Angel of the Lord (Gen 32:28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.)
- Paul’s Epistles:
- Paul was separated from Peter, away from Jerusalem, unto another Gospel, a new message, to the Gentiles (not Jews)
- If you recall, the Epistles were written after initial visitation in person (which is covered in the book of Acts). Another consideration is that Paul often addresses the Jews but is in the context of trying to interfere with his message to the Gentiles (both Jew and Gentile are now alike, saved by the same Gospel of Grace, today, as stated by only Paul).
- Act 22:21 And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee far hence unto the Gentiles.
- Act 23:11 And the night following the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome.
- Gal 2:7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;
- Gal 2:8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles🙂
- The Gospel of the Kingdom (w/Jesus and Peter) different that Paul was sent for the Gospel of Grace (belief/faith, period).
- 1Co_2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
- Rom_11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
- Previously a Secret! Rom_16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
- Eph_6:19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
- 1Ti_3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
- This is a NEW DISPENSATION (a new time / separated by the previous time)
- 1Co_9:17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
- Eph_1:10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
- Eph_3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
- Col_1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Try this technique for yourself! Study, Rightly Divide God’s word! Pay attention to specific Audience, differing Gospels, and ‘time’ (as applied to Man) — I cannot make a better recommendation than reading it yourself.
*Are we not taught to read contracts and user-agreements before signing? Are we not supposed to carefully read the fine-print on documents? So why do we sometimes dust the bible off if we get company or we take our bible to church but leave it closed?
You are saved by Faith (this is His Amazing Grace). A process which only requires you having Faith! Note: *There is no water in this message!
A prior water baptism does not disqualify you from becoming saved, but you need to be saved in the context of only being a ‘Gift of God’, nothing more; no works!
1Co 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
1Co 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures;
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
You must believe in his Word. Having it only as knowledge that you can recall, alone, is not enough – you must also understand & believe on this (common sense).
– When Jesus shed his blood on the cross (Joh 19:34 But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.),
– he was made ‘sin‘ itself, for us (2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.).
– he redeemed us from the curse of he law (Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: Gal 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith)
Salvation Questions and Answers
Sharing a large amount of details and related info. Please review thoroughly as this also supports above scripture. Where in doubt, please read entire Chapter and or Book, if it helps.
How long does it take to be saved / When (in time) am I actually Saved?
Eph 1:12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Eph 1:14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
In that very moment you believed (his death w/ blood, was buried, and rose again 3rd day), in that INSTANT, you were saved! Unlike other bibles (non KJV/AV) which implies this is some type of long process, our salvation today is an instant.
Can I be certain of my salvation, that I should not pain God with wonder of any unbelief?
Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
If you do not believe God’s Word, then you are not even saved. Remember that KEY — You must Believe, then have FAITH in that Belief.
If you do believe God’s Word (and I hope you do!), then you are in FACT, Saved/Sealed!
Is our very Salvation really this Simple? Yes – God would have us to understand. Otherwise, how else could anyone believe?
2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Remember, God wants to be our ‘Father’ (2Co 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.). This is not possible if you could not understand him.
Really, no water baptism? Correct – that would be Works and we CANNOT be saved thru any Works!
Co 1:17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Gal 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
Baptism was instituted by Jesus, under the Law (children of circumcision), preached unto the Jews, by Apostle Peter. Paul has a different gospel. I will show that later.
You do NOT have to turn from Sin in order to be Saved! That is also ‘works’ (in other words, you doing something when this is supposed to be a FREE GIFT from God!
What if I continue Sinning? – Stop it, by growing in his Spirit!
Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Col 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Col 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Col 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
Col 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Though we still sin, we are not Judge by Sin — we will be judged by our Hearts! We are not under the Law (the Law was given to declare Sin and Morals), but only under his Grace (Rom 6:14, Col 2:14). However, if we do sin, we lose Crowns. If we walk in his Spirit (walking in God and not in the Flesh of worldly desires and sin), we will receive Crowns!
